About
Creating inclusive workplace culture for diverse voices
Our Mission
At Minority Report Group it is our mission to create inclusive workplace cultures where people of all backgrounds have equal opportunities to thrive, and to be their authentic selves alongside peers and colleagues.
We believe that all people have the ability to create change within your organisation, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) to be central to your people strategy to ensure that all employees - not just those who are most senior or the most diverse - understand how to foster a culture of belonging.
About Us
Launched in July 2020 by brand and marketing specialist, Daniel Peters, the Minority Report Group works with its clients and partners to shift the dial on DE&I to a point of measurable change.
As a consultancy, we advance the DE&I conversation by delivering strategies and change programmes which are unique to our clients business needs, and by facilitating workshops and talks which allow attendees to increase their knowledge and understanding on the subject.
We connect with a broad reach of clients who include HUGO BOSS, ASOS, Gymshark and Tapestry, working with each team to empower internal change
Minority Report Group is also anchored by its work in the fashion industry and creative sector, as the (Fashion) Minority Report CIC, which is a career and learning development resource to support underrepresented talent in the field.
About Daniel Peters
With a background in the fashion industry and creative sector, Daniel has seen firsthand the challenges that people from historically marginalised communities and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds have faced.
Much of this experience inspired him to launch the Minority Report Group in the wake of the 2020 BLM Protests, with a sole mission to advocate for real change.
In 2023, Daniel was named as a Champion of Change by Vogue Business as part of their 100 global Innovators list for his work shaking up fashion, beauty and luxury.
He previously sat on the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee at the British Fashion Council, which led to the collaborative launch of the British fashion industry DEI Census report in 2024 alongside the BFC and The Outsiders Perspective.
Daniel is also a board trustee for the charity Relate, and sits as an industry advisor for the Fashion Retail Academy and Manchester Fashion Institute, helping to bring about systemic change relating to inclusion and diversity in higher education.
